The space This studio will allow you plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy your time away from home! Featuring a full kitchen, 3/4 bath, living room, sleeping area, and if needed for your co-traveler’s roll-away bed. This is a studio unit so the bathroom is small. There is a shower (only) in the unit ( no bathtub), and this shower is not made for big and tall people. Guest access Enter through the garage service door. The unit is in the lower part of the property so there are 6-7 steps you’ll need to go down to access… see picture Other things to note Studio unit with king bed, a couch, and 2 twin sized chase loungers that fold into twin beds. cPlease park in front of the second garage … make sure to leave space in front of your car as the other units will park next to you on both sides …There are no street parking restrictions in the summer. This is one of two lower level apartments…. The heat and AC is controlled by apartment 1. It is kept at 70 as a rule, but I can request for unit #1 to turn it down or up a few degrees within reason.
