Situated in the heart of Sandy Cove, a 7 minute walk (600m) from the public access to Sandy Cove Beach and Crooked Tree Park swimming pond; a central location to enjoy all the beauty and adventure that Sandy Cove has to offer. The space Originally built in the 1930s with extensive upgrades and renovations in 2023. A beautiful combination of a truly traditional Newfoundland outport home with the comfort and convenience of modern day amenities. The master suite (and ensuite bathroom) is on the first floor, with three smaller bedrooms and the main bathroom upstairs. The open concept dining area with large family table is the centerpiece; a place for family and friends to gather and enjoy the tales of adventures had on Sandy Cove Beach, Crooked Tree Park swimming pond, the Damnable Trail hikes, and more. Guest access The entire home (main floor and upstairs) is available to guests for their entire stay. There is a basement crawlspace that is unoccupied and unavailable for use (door to basement is locked). Registration Details 11250
