House located in the natural setting of La Alpujarra, Granada. The house is located in CAPILERILLA, one of the 7 villages that make up LA TAHA. It consists of 4 double bedrooms, two with a double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed and the last with a 105cm bed, a bathroom, and a living room with an integrated kitchen. It has a porch-terrace with beautiful panoramic views of the ravine. It has a plot with an orchard included with fruit trees. In the village, there are all the necessary amenities The space The house is very special, with a 1st floor of 130 m² built, 100 m² usable. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed, one of them with a double bed and a single bed, and the last with a 105 cm bed. It has all kinds of necessary furniture, dining table, stretcher, two sofas and chairs needed for 6 people. It consists of built-in closets and hangers. - Many of the area's legendary routes begin 5 minutes away from the house. Within walking distance of the house there are several pools and waterfalls. And there is a swimming pool within walking distance at the Pitres campsite. There is also a hose to cool off in the house. -It faces south-east. It consists of a 20m2 terrace-porch and an 800 m² plot with an orchard included. It has several fruit trees depending on the season such as plums, figs, cherry trees, cherries, blackberries... it is a delight to be able to pick the fruits for your own consumption in the same garden :) On the porch there are tables, chairs and hammocks to enjoy the sunsets and sunrises. - To park the car/cars in the same house we have a private plot with a gate for parking. -The climate is ideal, the air is very pure because of all the nature that surrounds the house. It's perfect for escaping large crowds during all seasons of the year. -If you want to take a dip, although it is not necessary due to the cool weather in summer, there is a great swimming pool at the Pitres campsite a few minutes from the house; You can also find refreshing pools and waterfalls, such as Tajo Cortés! -This house is ideal for groups, couples, and families with children! -Your pets are also welcome, as long as they are well trained. Guest access PITRES is 0.5 km away (24h doctor, pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, banks...) ÓRGIVA is 22 km away (all kinds of public services and shops) GRANADA is 80 km away MÁLAGA is 170 km away. EXPERIENCES: Hiking, mountain biking, hiking, paragliding, climbing, horseback riding, water routes, cultural activities, craft workshops and music concerts of the famous "trovos" of the Alpujarras, "dialogued poetry" on a folk music base.
