Quietly located in Saint-Germain-au-Mont-d'Or, 20 minutes from Lyon by car or train, "La tour endormie" is part of an old medieval castle. Successively a defense tower, dovecote and chapel, listed as a Historic Monument, it has now become a comfortable charming cottage. At the crossroads of the Monts d'Or, Beaujolais and Dombes, you can discover all the facets of our region: villages with golden stones, vineyards, bodies of water and all the richness of Lyon. The space Our "La tour endormie" gîte is composed of: - on the ground floor: a living room with kitchenette, - on the first floor: a bedroom with a double bed, - on the second floor: a shower room and a mezzanine with a single bed. The beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. You have all the amenities to cook. A large terrace with an unobstructed view will offer you peace and quiet. Some free parking is available around the gîte. Guest access If needed, the cellar is accessible on request (for example, to store bicycles safely).
