The property to be rented here is a two-room granny apartment, 47 square meters, with fitted kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Sleeping accommodations are available for up to 4 people. A double bed (160 x 200) and a sofa bed (150 x 200). Linens and towels are provided. Terrace and garden with swing and small wine box are available. If you are looking for urban glamor, you will be disappointed, but you can unwind :) The space The apartment has a double bedroom, a fitted kitchen with everything you need for cooking or baking. The bathroom has a tub with shower, there is a washing machine and detergent. The living room with sofa bed has a door and a doorless transition to the kitchen and hallway. The patio door leads directly from the living room via 3 small steps to the terrace and into the garden. There is a table, chairs, a parasol and the unobstructed view of forest and field. Guest access Separate entrance The house has a common front door and through a short hallway you come to the separate apartment door of the apartment. Other things to note Very suitable for families with children, large garden and no traffic, as it is located on the edge of the forest. A car is necessary for longer excursions. If you want to come by train and bike, you have to ride a bike about 6 km from the train station in Ducherow to Bugewitz-Gut. Shopping is 2 and 6 km away. In the village of Bugewitz there is a small village shop that is open every morning from 8 am to 10 am and is about 2 km from Bugwitz-Gut. Only 16 people live permanently in our village (Bugwitz-Gut, or Bugwitz 1). The nearest grocery store is in Ducherow, about 6 km away. There is an organic shop in Anklam in Hospitals.1a, in the Dollichon flower shop.
