Independent studio in Emsworth

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The studio is situated on our property in a safe and quiet gated development, independent from our home with its own front door. The studio has a shower room, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster. Minutes from Emsworth train station with links to London , Portsmouth, Chichester. There is parking on our drive, max height 7ft, large cars can be tricky to park, no other parking allowed in development. We are 0.5 miles from the Village. The space We offer an independent studio room with en-suite shower room and central heating. It has a small designated area with a sink, microwave, kettle and toaster an iron and ironing board can be provided on request. The room has a TV with small sofa and a table and chairs for eating or working, There is guest WiFi. Although parking is suitable for people with disabilities I would not recommend for wheelchair users as the bathroom is not large enough and there is a step up to the shower. Guest access The studio is at the front of our property with a parking space for one car directly outside (on our drive), however, there is a maximum height of 7ft due to a carport. There is no other parking available or allowed on the private road Other things to note Entrance to and from the property is through electric gates so you will need to buzz or ring at the entrance to gain entry.
