One parking spot will be given in the drive way. Walking trails and pond out back make for an evening walk. Works great for couples or small families (2 Adults plus kids). The space This is an apartment above the garage with its own entrance. The Entrance is up a flight of stairs. Not handicap accessible. The washer/dryer is a combo unit. Please know during 90 degree days the unit is warmer due to being above the garage and direct afternoon sun. Once the sun is behind the trees it cools down quickly! Guest access You will be given a code to enter the space, no key needed! Other things to note Please note the kitchen does not have a microwave. The washer/dryer is an all-in-one unit.
