Our is a 3 BHK villa by Dumnu in Kasauli offers the perfect retreat for nature lovers. Nestled amidst serene landscapes, it boasts stunning scenic views. The villa is thoughtfully designed to blend comfort with charm. The living room, inviting you to gather with loved ones for bonding moments over classic games, music. To elevate your stay, indulge in a delightful barbecue and enjoy the warmth of a bonfire—essential for any hillside escape. The space BEDROOMS There are 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and 2 on 1st floor of the villa. BATHROOMS - There are 3 bathrooms - all attached. - The bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living area can accommodate up to 10 people. - Its on the ground floor of the Villa. - We offer plenty of sit-outs area and balconies - There is a beautiful garden. KITCHEN - Kitchen is on the ground floor. - Guests have access to the kitchen to prepare elaborate meals. -The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a gas stove, refrigerator, oven, and a water purifier. - Crockery is available for 10 people. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food are allowed. FOOD - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. The caretaker will assist the guests with the same. Also, We have a limited power back though power cuts are very rare in the area. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire villa. Other things to note We can arrange the following on a chargeable basis: Breakfast ( On cook hire basis ) Bonfire - 1200/- BBQ - 1000/- ( for coal and bbq equipment ) Cook - 1500/- per day for 3 meals excluding groceries Dish Cleaning - 200/- *Subject to availability, Guests are requested to pre-book the services. Important Things to Note for Your Stay 1. For check-in, only the guests listed on your reservation will be admitted. Please ensure accurate guest numbers are provided when booking. 2. Children above 8 years of age will be considered as adults for bookings. 3. In accordance with government rules, please note that loud music is prohibited after 11 PM. Post 11pm guest can play the music inside the unit at nominal volume. 4. We allow a maximum of two pets. To help us maintain our furnishings, please ensure pets do not climb on the furniture. 5. Complimentary cleaning services will be provided every alternate day during your stay. 6. We can give a better price for longer stays 7. Also, we need prior intimation for check in after 9 pm
