Beautifully renovated, lower level studio suite

I’ve been a super host with a 5 star rating for a number of years. I decided to move and take on a huge home renovation. I’ve watched way too many Reno shows and have spent the last 2 years renovating my little heart out. I kept telling myself “how hard could it be?” It’s Hard!!! And exhausting! But also rewarding! And I’ve promised to never do it again . Relax and enjoy this private, cozy oasis. It is set up with the traveler in mind. Welcome! The space My beautifully renovated property is located a short 10 min walk to sask poly as well as numerous walking paths. My suite offers easy access off the number one highway with off street parking (in back) and a private entrance . It is a bright basement studio apartment with queen bed and cozy sofa. It includes a full kitchen with full size fridge , stove and microwave. It is Everything you need for your home away from home. Guest access Feel free to enjoy the back deck off the suite door entrance Other things to note My suite only has one queen bed for sleeping and comfortably sleeps max two guests. So that is my recommendation. Sometime guests have an extra person or two and want to make it work so I have a $25/person/stay additional guest fee
