The new kitchen has a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster & pod coffee machine. In the cupboards you will find a portable cooktop, air fryer, sandwich press and large electric frying pan. The bathroom is separate to the main living area. There is a stacked washing machine and dryer inside and a large clothesline outside for your convenience. A pet door is installed in the security door. Enjoy your fully private secure yard with outdoor seating and table as well. This is a fenced off separate area just for you. We have 2 beautiful furbabies (Jack Russell and a Frenchie) who will be restricted to inside our house and the opposite side of our property. Guest access Please park in the driveway in front of the single rollerdoor (next to mailbox) OR on the street. We can accomodate space for boats, caravans and small trailers- just message for options. Access through the private side gate with the WELCOME sign. This is on the RIGHT hand side of the house. Check in anytime after 2pm (unless prior arrangements are made). A key will be left for you in the coded lock box next to the security door. The code will be provided prior to check in. Other things to note A spacious private apartment with your own private yard. Large room for 2 people. We may be able to accomodate additional booked guests / child with a foldaway trundle bed. You are welcome to bring your own baby/ toddler portacot. Your pet will have full access to their own private yard via a medium sized doggy door. Located in the new Killara Riverside Estate, a short drive to central Albury/ Wodonga. A convenient coffee shop is a short 1 minute walk, with trails leading along the river. This is a highly sought after location, ideal for anyone with or without pets. We wash and sanitised pet items for each fur guest, after each stay. We pride ourselves in a high standard of deep cleaning! You may see different coloured linen as unlike motels, we change EVERYTHING, right down to the couch cushions, blankets and doona covers after every stay!
