The house is for the exclusive use of the guests. Wooded outdoor area, easy to set up pool, trampoline, hammocks, camping or organize a delicious barbecue, without the internal area of the house being occupied. Ideal for children. Terrace for 8 hammocks and a table for 10 people. We have air conditioning in the bedroom (accommodates 4 people), a portable barbecue grill, fiber optic Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, a stove, a refrigerator, hot water, and a washing machine. Enjoy happy days with loved ones. Great for walking. The space The green area is approximately one thousand square meters. There is room to park several cars. Ideal for inviting friends to lunch or small gatherings. Loud mechanical sounds and smoking are not allowed on the premises. Guest access Guests will have access to all spaces in the house and the property area. They will have complete privacy and a lot of tranquility. Other things to note The house is located at a distance of approximately 5 km from local shops, requiring travel by car to make purchases. There are delivery services for small markets, but there is a limited variety of products. As the house is in the countryside, we advise guests to bring their preferred repellents. Occasionally, there are power outages for a few hours due to fallen trees, but the local electricity company carries out repairs in a short time. We keep lamps and candles in case they are needed during these periods.
