Apartment "Am Hahn"

Conveniently located near the A3 between Cologne and Frankfurt is our lovingly furnished apartment on the edge of the Rhein-Westerwald Nature Park. Whether excursions towards Westerwald (Bad Marienberg 30 min) or towards Koblenz (Rhine/Mosel 30 min) – from here you can reach great sights and destinations. The space The cozy granny flat with about 70 sqm is accessible via a ground-level private entrance – the parking lot is right next to the entrance. The spacious living and dining area invites you to relax. In the living area there is a large cozy couch, which can be used as an additional sleeping space (1.50 x 3.00) by arrangement. The spacious kitchen, with direct access to the dining area, is very well equipped for self-catering. Among other things, the following equipment can be found in the kitchen: NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto coffee capsule machine, kettle, hot air fryer, microwave, fridge incl. freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher. In the bedroom there is a box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00) and the bathroom is well equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet and sink. Linens and towels are included in the price, as well as freely accessible Wi-Fi in all rooms. Other things to note The apartment is ideal for 2 people - but also for 4 or more people (e.g. families with children). Toddler equipment is available on request.
