Little Lodge

Perfect as a ‘working away from home’ base or for a leisure break, Little Lodge is a comfortable warm self contained one bedroom house with full amenities and good WiFi . It has a little garden with outdoor dining area and dedicated parking space. The house is situated in a picturesque rural valley, walking distance to the villages of Great Bedwyn, which has a train station (London Paddington), post office/bakery, village shop and pub and Wilton which also has a delightful village pub. The space Little Lodge is a self contained detached little house. Upstairs there is one bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with a bath/shower. Downstairs there is a living room/dining room with TV, separate kitchen, hall and laundry room/downstairs toilet. The property is situated near to the main house but is entirely separate with its own entrance. Outside guests have a garden area to sit in with table and chairs. Guests have own parking space on shared drive. Guest access Guests have full use of Little Lodge and an area of garden adjacent to the house with a table and chairs for sitting out. Guests can also walk in the field immediately next to the property unless we have horses in the field. If this is the case please do not enter the field, feed or pet the horses for their and your safety. Other areas of the garden and fields are private. There are a number of footpaths both behind and in front of the property that can be quickly accessed for walks. A copy of an OS map will be in the property to allow you to plan your walk. Guests have use of a designated parking space on the main drive and access to the property is via this driveway. Other things to note The nearby Burbage petrol station (3.3 miles) has a 24 hour shop which stocks most day-to-day grocery items. We currently have either a single camp bed or a double foam mattress available that can be used in the downstairs living room. We can provide bedding for this on request.
