Minutes from Livingston Manor’s Main Street, it offers easy access to dining, shops, and nature. A peaceful, stylish retreat in the Western Catskills. The space At the heart of the home is an exposed-beam, open-plan living and dining area designed for connection and comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and gathering, featuring Graza olive oil, Saltverk finishing salts, and coffee options including a Nespresso machine with pods or a French press. The Pablo UMA lamp, which doubles as a Bluetooth speaker, can be brought outside to add warm ambience to morning coffee or evening cocktails on the porch. For entertainment, enjoy a movie on the projector (with streaming apps), listen to vinyl on the record player, or sink into the viral TEDDY Sofa by OMHU, which works as a conversation pit, movie lounger, or cozy additional bed (king-sized sheets available). Classic games like Scrabble and Backgammon offer more ways to unwind. The first floor includes a versatile bedroom with a sofa bed that converts into a queen with a plush mattress topper upon request. This room also features a desk for remote work and a washer and dryer for convenience. A half bath sits just off the main living area. Upstairs, two queen bedrooms offer warm lighting, cozy reading corners, and luggage stands for easy unpacking. The full bathroom includes a relaxing tub and eco-friendly Public Goods products.
