This master suite with private ensuite bathroom is upstairs immediately after entering, in beautiful Kingwood just 10-15 minutes from IAH, 5 minutes from HCA. The space This large quiet space is ideal for one working professional in need of a temporary or prolonged stay. The lovely full bath is inside your room ("ensuite"). The home has all amenities you will need. Other airbnb guests have enjoyed the quiet cottage-like feel of the home and space. SOME SPECIFICS: - Your comfortable bedroom is immediately to the right upstairs after entering the front door, with bath at top of stairs next to bedroom (separate entrance). Guests enter home at the front right-side red door. 1. You will get a code access, and a room key (house lock is NOT fully automatic, please make sure you bolt it once inside, and upon leaving). No additional cooking electronics/appliances in this room (microwave, egg cooker, Keurig and minifrig are provided) due to potential electric overload. Guests may use first floor full kitchen, upon request. Host daughter is on-site, ready to assist or respect your privacy, as you wish. Host is always available by text or airbnb messaging. This is a home, not a hotel, and you may hear occasional food preparation sounds, garbage collection (2x weekly) or general vendors (for example twice a year a general HVAC service man inspects for optimum HVAC conditions. You may see experience host or another guest on premises.. AMENITIES, RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING (Kingwood Drive, Northpark Drive, Town Center): - Street parking is convenient and immediately in front of home. - Panera Bread, theater, Jason’s Deli, Chinese and other restaurants, fast food, Starbucks, mall and Town Center (HEB and lots of cool restaurants like Madeleine, pizza, crepes and other new eateries) all within short driving distance. Enjoy! Guest access Guest will have a microwave and mini fridge, coffee bar in the room, but also have full access to the kitchen and laundry on the first floor. There is an additional kitchen refrigerator for guests share. Laundry hours 8am-10pm. A friendly note: there are few rules here except respecting the privacy of all occupants, being friendly to other guests when wanted or necessary, respecting house rules (example: that say NO electric appliances in the room other than microwave and frig provided -- meaning mainly do not bring in ovens, fryers or other items which y could overload electric and be safety hazards. Fully equipped kitchen access is available upon request for these items. Thank you! During your stay Host daughter lives in the first floor with two sweet dogs who help ensure safety of occupants :-). She will interact with you as little or as much as you need and prefer. Other things to note This is an in-home arrangement, with host available to address concerns and ensure safety of all occupants. Multiple guests have transferred to our airbnb from a nearby shared airbnb where the host was absent, after safety concerns arose at the other location. We value all occupants safety. We will ask for government photo ID so we know who is in the home and have information in case of emergency. Welcome.
