Villa Ilosofia (“Wisdom of Joy”) is the holiday paradise of our Finnish-German family. The log villa has 4 bedrooms on 2 floors and dining facilities for 8-10 people inside and on the terrace. A beautiful lake with clean water, a large green yard, a spacious barbecue hut, a small beach sauna and a private sandy beach offer many opportunities for socializing. In winter, illuminated ski trails and in summer, a running and disc golf course offer exercise opportunities. Also close to Kolovesi and Linnasaari National Parks. The space Villa Ilosofia combines traditional Finnish log construction and modern comfort. The view from the open ground floor expands through the American kitchen, dining area and large windows in the living room to the lake. The villa has 4 bedrooms and accommodation for 8-10 people. Each bedroom has 2-3 beds. Spending the night on the beach in a hammock, in a barbecue hut and in a yard sauna is possible in the summer. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, a spacious sauna and laundry room, a utility room, a small bathroom, and a glazed veranda / terrace room. A spiral staircase leads to the upstairs gallery with access to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The upstairs bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is modern and functional. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots and cooking utensils, as well as crockery and cutlery for all guests. There is a washer and dryer in the utility room. Thanks to a modern ecological heating system (underfloor heating with geothermal energy) and an air source heat pump and a reserving fireplace, the villa can be heated or cooled according to your wishes in all seasons. Wireless network and high speed internet (fiber optic) works throughout the house. The large yard that borders the forest and beach is ideal for outdoor games. There is a yard sauna and a spacious grill house near the beach. Guests have access to a rowing boat with an electric motor and oars. There are parking spaces for 3 cars in front of the villa. Other things to note There is an 18 basket disc golf course about 200 meters from the villa. The municipality of Enonkoski maintains illuminated running tracks and ski trails. In winter, it is possible to ski and ice skate on the 9 km long Ylä-Enonvesi ice. The center of Enonkoski is about 2 km away. The village has two two restaurants, the “Milk Pier” and “The Mansion of Enonkoski”. Supermarket “Sale” is open 7 days a week.
