Located in the niche artist community of Bombay Beach where the weather is flawless during the fall - spring season and community events abound. The space The ground floor includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry area and full bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a covered from patio and back patio. Please note that the garage building in the rear is not available for guest use. The 2nd floor includes two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and TV. There is a locked closed in one of the bedrooms that is not available for guest use. There is a full bath on the 2nd floor that includes a cleopatra tub and a bidet. The 2nd floor balcony patio area is accessible through the 2nd bedroom. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access of the premises during their stay. However, certain areas are not available to guests and will be locked to prevent guest access. The prohibited areas are the garage building to the rear of the property, the locked maid's closet in the downstairs living room, and the locked linen closet in the upstairs bedroom. Other things to note Loose dogs, cats, chickens, or peacocks may occasionally access the property as part of the wild and wonderful charm of Bombay Beach. This is the desert and home to ants, flies, snakes, spiders, scorpions, and mice. While we take preventative measures to deter pests, we cannot guarantee that you will not encounter these natural residents. We get sudden and unexpected high wind events and dust storms. Please do not open any windows as a result. You are responsible for securing your belongings so that they are not swept away by sudden windstorms. If you ignore the warning to not open windows and it results in excessively dusty conditions indoors, then you agree to be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
