Cocooning House

Our house is a real cocoon in a green setting. Deer and squirrels sometimes have fun in the garden, on our little hill. Our cul-de-sac is ideal for people looking for calm, also loving nature activities: GR hiking, mountain biking, equestrian trails at the foot of our home. Outside, there are several activities for children and teenagers. Inside, a friendly cocoon like at home, surrounded by soothing energy. The space The house of about 75 m² is composed of one floor with open kitchen on the living room and dining room (about 45 m²), with a wood stove in the center and a sofa bed. You will find a nice bathroom (double sink, shower and toilet) and two bedrooms, one with a loft bed and a convertible armchair and composed of a double bed 140 x 200. Downstairs, you'll have access to the laundry room. Private parking as well as a garden (a hill of 1500 m²) and a terrace will delight you during the sunny days. A trampoline and ping pong table will delight the youngest. The plancha, umbrella and sun loungers will delight the older ones! Other things to note Our house is 30 minutes from downtown Grenoble and the Bastille cable car. The ski resorts of Les Deux Alpes or Alpe d'Huez are a good hour from here, Chamrousse is 30 minutes away and Villard de Lans is just under an hour away. The Grenoble massifs offer GR hiking trails with exceptional panoramic views. The thermal baths of Uriage are 15 minutes away by car and Lake Laffrey is 20 minutes away. Vizille Castle is 12 minutes away. Cosmocité is 14 minutes away. Bresson International Golf Course is 5 minutes away and Uriage Golf Course is 12 minutes away. Several equestrian centers are around us, within 10 minutes for some. Access to major roads and shopping centers is very quick. Regarding cleaning, it's up to you: either you do it or a company will do it and the billing will be 60 euros.
