Parking: Driveway (3 vehicles) Guest access: Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry - No steps - Guests should be comfortable walking on gravel. Other things to note: - Must be at least 25 years old to book - No smoking - No pets - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Please stay within the rental boundary listed. - No climbing on boulders for your safety. Note: The homeowner lives on-site, in a completely separate unit, and may be present during your stay Guest access -Rental boundary is the end of the xeriscape to the south and the rock garden to the west. (Do not climb on boulders for your safety.) -The vineyard to the north is a separate property, enjoy the view but do not trespass on their land.
