The spacious 4-room apartment on 120 sqm in the small district of "Lottstetten" is located in the so-called German tip surrounded by the borders to Switzerland. In the lovingly furnished apartment with its own patio, you can enjoy a perfect getaway and experience a variety of leisure activities in addition to the great nature. The space The apartment captivates with generous spaciousness and luxurious minimalism, with views of picturesque nature and, in the right weather conditions, views of a wonderful mountain panorama. Built in 2022, the residential complex offers a modern and well-kept environment and a very quiet neighborhood. The apartment with 4.5 rooms is located on the ground floor or basement (hillside) on almost 120 m² and is easily accessible through the staircase with elevator. Please note that the furnishings are specially designed for "tall" people (from 180 m in height) and therefore both the bathroom furniture and the kitchen countertop are installed at a higher level. You can look forward to the following features: - Large living and dining area with open-plan fully equipped kitchen and smart TV - Luxurious and modern furnishings and fittings - Master bedroom with king-size box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and large space due to the existing cabinets - Second bedroom with king-size guest bed (160 x 200 cm) and desk: ideal for home office sessions - Private Wi-Fi - Children's room with children's bed & crib, changing table and playgroup - All rooms have electric blinds - The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating - A separate room with a make-up area and the best lighting - Design bathroom with bathtub and rain shower, as well as toilet - Separate guest toilet with washing machine and dryer - Fenced garden area with garden lounge and as a special highlight the private hot tub (use of the hot tub from June to the end of September - unfortunately it is not available outside this time). Guest access In addition to the apartment and the patio with a separate garden area, guests have access to a free parking space. Other things to note We open our private home as access to our guests - whom we also want to offer the opportunity to experience the idyll and luxury - for which we are very grateful, but which has lost importance for us in terms of materialism. (But of course should be appreciated with respect. ) Due to our passion as hosts and our work in the Black Forest, the apartment is only temporarily inhabited by us and can be rented as a jewel on Airbnb during our absence. We are happy if the apartment serves our guests as a place to stay and gives a welcome break from everyday life. However, important in advance: Compliance with our house rules is a prerequisite for us to be able to make our home available to guests. However, this only works if all guests behave accordingly and considerately on the premises. By booking, you agree to comply with the house rules. One of the most important points here is: Respecting the legal quiet hours (1 pm to 3 pm for the midday quiet period and 10 pm to 8 am for the nighttime quiet period) - this also includes the fact that, for soundproofing reasons, the use of the hot tub is only permitted until 10 pm. Those who wish to use the terrace after 10 pm may do so as long as they are quiet (quiet conversations and no music). Proper garbage separation is also an important point that must be strictly adhered to.
