Great outdoor space to share with friends and family. Just a short 3 minute walk from Sunset Bay beach and Cabana Sam's. Located directly next door to another listing on Airbnb. (Cottage 1) Great for larger friends and family groups. We currently have AC window units in the 2 upstairs bedrooms The space This is a 2 story cottage with open living and kitchen area. Bathroom has a stand up shower and is on the main level. 2 large bedrooms are both located upstairs. Guest access Full use of cottage and large deck out front. Other things to note We do have a no pet policy Please note heat is by gas fireplace only TV is a smart tv to use with guests streaming services Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age
