With almost 2,000 sq feet, the 4 bed home is minutes from Cleveland Clinic, the Cleveland Art Museum, and Case Western Reserve University. This home has a long spacious driveway with a two-car attached garage. The kitchen is every retro lover's dream with a classic green booth for personal dining needs. Area also comes with all major appliances and windows peering into the backyard greenery. The living room can sit 6 people and is perfect for relaxing. The Smart TV comes with Roku Hookup. The dining room seats 4 connecting to the kitchen area and the living room. The first floor features a master suite with a queen bed, a TV with Roku hookup, and plenty of closet space. There’s a master bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. Head upstairs to find 3 bedrooms with a full bathroom. There's a twin bed, a queen bed, and a double bed. The full bathroom is a shower/tub combo. The spacious finished basement is carpeted with plenty of room to spread out. Separate room with a washer and dryer. Half bath located in basement too. The home is pet friendly- as a courtesy to our staff, if you plan to bring pets, PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE BOOKING. Guest access Every part of the house is yours to use. Other things to note Laundry facilities located in the basement. Must be comfortable with stairs. Parking on the street during the day is free, but at night guests will need to move cars into the driveway to avoid a ticket. House comes installed with a house security system. A few notes about the house… 1. If there is less than 3" of snow, we ask our tenants to use the snow shovels provided. If there is more than 3" of snow, we will take care of snow removal. 2. We take care of lawn maintenance during the spring, summer and fall. 3. Pets are welcome. Number of pets is negotiable. CLEANING FEE IS NEGOTIABLE and is based on number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. This is an older house located in a wooded area of Cleveland Heights. It's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Rest assured we do a very thorough cleaning before each guest arrives and take all precautions to ensure that mice do not enter the house. In the RARE EVENT that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, PLEASE ALERT LINDSEY RIGHT AWAY AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM.
