The room is well lit by a French door that opens onto the small private balcony overlooking the countryside. Also on the same floor, there is a shower room and, separately, a bathroom (toilet + sink) with access from the external door on the balcony. This characteristic bathroom allowed us to respect the style of the house dating back to the 1200s. The bathroom, even if with external access, is new, super bright and with heating, you will like it! The mezzanine floor is accessed via a wooden ladder (not suitable if you have mobility problems), where you will find a comfortable double bed (150x190cm) and space for your clothes. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heat pump heating as well as electric radiators.
