Cozy and charming older house with large, sunny terrace – centrally located in Sirevåg. Great views of the harbor and a short distance to most places. Walking distance to nice sandy beaches, good swimming opportunities and great hiking trails. There are also good fishing opportunities both in the sea and in Ognaelva. Close to train station, grocery store, bakery, café and a popular seafood restaurant by the harbor. The house has good parking facilities and is perfect whether you want to relax, explore nature or use the place as a base for trips in the region. The space The house consists of 3 floors where floors 1 and 2 are available for tenants. Floor 1 consists of entrance, bathroom, corridor, living room/kitchen. Floor 2 has 3 bedrooms and a toilet room. There is also a garage where there are bicycles that tenants can use. Guest access In the house, the 1st and 2nd floor are available for guests. There is a washing machine available in the basement for guests to use. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. Beach towels may need to be brought.
