The kitchen is the focal point of the home with seating for 10 around the counter plus two dining tables that seat 6 each. There is a commercial 48” refrigerator, 48” chef’s range with 8 burners and double oven and a two-drawer dishwasher. This home was formerly owned by chefs and is well equipped for any type of cooking and entertaining. There are two sitting areas in the home with large screen TVs and a large porch with water views and a TV for additional entertainment area. Plenty of games and puzzles are available for a variety of age ranges. Outdoors, there is a deck with bar area, propane grill and electric smoker. In addition, there is a seating area with wood firepit which is surrounded by string lighting. The oversized garage hosts lawn chairs, games, floats, an LL Bean sit on kayak, a two person blow up kayak and a paddleboard along with many life vests. There is also a boat slip available.
