Our apartment is located on the top floor of the Hotel "Baia di Talamone", with which it shares the entrance in a well-kept and relaxing context, but from which it is completely independent in terms of services and reception. It is located in the heart of the picturesque marina, in a culturally stimulating environment considering the proximity to Saturnia, Scansano, the Parco dell 'Uccellina, the Argentario and other of the many interesting destinations located a short distance away. @ideal_apartment_talamone The space @ ideal_apartment_talamone consists of an entrance from which you can access a living room with kitchenette with a terrace overlooking the marina. A hallway then leads to the rooms, one with a double bed and the other with armchairs (openable) and the bathroom (access to the shower a little cramped), small but functional. The second room is ideal for children. Do you need to wake up and have breakfast in the chirping? What are you waiting for? Located in a panoramic position on the Talamone promontory, it offers easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches of the Tuscan Maremma. A few steps from the apartment (about 300 meters) is the women's bathroom, a small inlet of sand and rocks (with bar service and umbrellas) with clear waters, ideal for snorkeling and sailing. About 1.5 km to the south, you reach Fertilia Beach, a long strip of sand mixed with gravel surrounded by the nature of the Maremma Park, perfect for those seeking tranquility and wild landscapes. A little further away, 3 km, is the Cannelle Beach, also reachable by bike or car, famous for its crystal clear sea and shallow waters. For those who love long walks on the sand, about 10 km away is the Beach of Marina di Alberese, one of the most beautiful and pristine in the area, within the Maremma Natural Park. Guest access Access to @ideal_apartment_talamone is shared with Hotel Baia di Talamone, with the possibility of reaching the apartment both by stairs and by elevator. There is no concierge service, for the exclusive use of guests of the accommodation facility, as it does not include the use of the services offered by the hotel, such as breakfast (not included). Other things to note Our guests have a reserved parking space a few steps from the entrance to the property, very convenient during high season; paid parking is still available, always within walking distance, for your guests. The apartment is equipped with 3 air conditioners (one per room), two TVs and a kitchenette with induction hob (NO GAS).
