You will enjoy the exclusive rental of the three guest rooms, ideal for families, friends or groups wishing to share a quiet moment in a natural environment. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor, with independent entrance. Each has a private bathroom, separate toilet, connected TV with Netflix, and high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber). Horizon: spacious and bright, facing the Dun mountain, equipped with a double bed 180 cm modular in two single beds (to be specified when booking). Constellation: peaceful cocoon under the roofs, with a double bed 180 cm separable on request in advance, perfect for a restful sleep. Inspiration: modular bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a 140 cm sofa bed on a mezzanine (accessible by a miller's ladder, not suitable for children), ideal for a couple and a child or two separate beds. Guests have access to a shared friendly building overlooking the garden, including: a fully equipped summer kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes and utensils), a large table for independent dining, a chill out area with armchairs and pellet stove. Breakfast, bed sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning are included. Children's equipment: baby bed, high chair, swing, trampoline, sandpit, slide, in a closed courtyard for their safety. Outdoors & Recreation Indoor Jacuzzi accessible all year round by reservation, Petanque court, wood barbecue, outdoor dining areas, deckchairs, 220V socket for electric vehicle (supplement possible). Guest access Chauffailles SNCF station: direct connection to Lyon. Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport: about 1h30 by car. Parking: large private courtyard accommodating up to 8 vehicles. Guests have free access to all outdoor areas of the estate: wooded garden, petanque court, children's playground, orchard, and indoor hot tub (accessible free of charge by reservation). Only the unrenovated barn is not accessible. A separate summer kitchen, located in the garden, is also available for guests. It is not directly connected to the rooms, but allows you to prepare or share a meal in a friendly setting with a view of nature. The entrance is through an independent door at the back of the house, exclusively reserved for guests. The bedrooms are upstairs, accessible by an internal staircase. Due to this configuration, the accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with very limited mobility. The owners live on the ground floor and first floor, but the large area of the estate guarantees everyone calm, privacy and independence throughout the stay. During your stay We live on the ground floor of the Domaine de la Source, which allows us to be available and attentive throughout your stay. We ensure your comfort and tranquility, while remaining discreet in order to leave you full independence. Other things to note The Domaine de la Source is a quiet and family-friendly place, conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation. It is not suitable for noisy parties, festive events or large gatherings. A deposit of €500 is required upon arrival (not collected, only kept in case of damage or damage). The end-of-stay cleaning includes washing the laundry, but the house must be returned clean and tidy in order to preserve the quality of the place: Dishes washed and put away, Empty Trash, Cleaned barbecue, Indoor and outdoor furniture put back in place. These simple rules guarantee everyone a neat, welcoming and respectful environment, for a serene and harmonious stay.
