A unique location with proximity to the entire Kulla peninsula and its amazing beaches, vineyards and shops. Stay on a farm from the 1850s with access to a large garden, patio and complete privacy. The farm is a homey and family-friendly alternative for those who want to maximize their vacation and enjoy cozy moments inside and out. The beach is 5 minutes away by car. The space On the lower floor, you will find the large bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a large dining room combined with a living room where the whole family can cozy up together. The upper floor is dedicated to the little ones with two bedrooms with double beds, a TV room and lots of toys. The house exudes family and coziness, with 150 meters to Holy smoke and a garden that provides space for large dinners and lots of activity. On the farm, there are lodgers in the stable and there can be a few people there, but they keep to themselves. There are two cats on the farm that you can let in if you want, otherwise they like to live in the stable ☺️ Dogs are most welcome.
