It is located within the Afrodite Residence adjacent to the AcquaPark Odissea 2000, an award-winning water park in the South, and is developed on two levels with a garden and private parking space and is equipped with every comfort, and a few meters from the Rossano WATERFRONT, Also very close to reach is the Sila 🏔️⛰️ with its characteristic villages where you can do many activities, in short... it is all to be discovered The space THE EXTERIOR: 100 square meters of garden with wooden porch and habitable patio - Hot & cold shower - Sofa with armchairs and wooden coffee table - Table and 2 wooden benches to be able to have lunch and dinner outdoors in complete and total relaxation ON THE GROUND FLOOR - Living room with Relax Sofa - 55-inch flat-screen TV - Air conditioning - Bathroom with washing machine - Storage room - Super-equipped kitchen with island & bench - Relaxing armchair ON THE SECOND FLOOR: - Double bedroom complete with wardrobe, chest of drawers and air conditioning - Full double bedroom with huge wardrobe and walk-in closet, chest of drawers and air conditioning - BATHROOM with 2 sinks and walk-in shower Other things to note - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to allergies - For the month of April and May, the services available are parking and surveillance ALL other services including the Pool Service are available from 7 JUNE to the first week of SEPTEMBER The Acquapark Odissea 2000 is open, as per the official website, from 13 June to 7 September - Accommodation tax €0.80 per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Exempt: - Boys up to 14 years old - Disabled - Over 70 The price is per day and of course for the entire villa, not per person. N.B.: The Oven to be used is the First at the bottom NO the use of the second oven provided (at the top) as it can only be used in case of breakage of the first and IN CASE OF BREAKING the first, DO NOT use the oven at the top but communicate it promptly so that the operator can intervene for the necessary connections. The villa has an available power of 3.3 Kw THEREFORE: - if you turn on 3/4 appliances together - if you turn on all the air conditioners together of course, you could be in the power outage. However, Upon ARRIVAL you will be shown and explained by our Host everything you need to know. For RECYCLING (REQUIRED) DOOR TO DOOR there are special bins to put the garbage in (different colors) It's there - a table with the various days of the week for harvesting - a little booklet with a detailed explanation (with images and drawings as well as different colors depending on the color of the bin) to make it easier for all guests to carry out the same correctly.
