You can find all further information in the house rules. Other things to note The apartment is easily accessible via a spacious elevator. Particularly suitable for longer stays – thanks to a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer and workplace. The property is quietly located, although it is in the center. The windows and walls are well insulated and provide a pleasant indoor climate. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment – only allowed on the balcony. 🔔 Note on parking: Please let us know your license plate number before your arrival so that we can activate free access to the parking garage for you. For arrivals from Monday to Friday: Please send us the license plate number at least 24 hours before arrival. For arrivals on weekends (Saturday or Sunday): We need the license plate at least 48 hours in advance, as processing is only possible on weekdays. 🔒 Safety note: A Minut device is installed inside the property.
