The house offers you a large double living room-kitchen overlooking the greenery and a nice bedroom. A queen size bed will offer you absolute comfort. The space Nestled in the heart of the French Gâtinais Regional Nature Park, La Pierre Blanche has been completely renovated to combine authenticity and modernity. Arrive at the village of Auxy, municipality of Buthiers, 2 parking spaces are reserved for you in the parking lot of the property. Here you will discover the vast expanse of greenery that is available to you and the forest at the foot of the land. You access your home via a few steps, the house is then on one level. Upon entering, you will be charmed by its large double living room-kitchen open to the private terrace and its garden where you will surely love to relax and have your meals. Its volumes offer you a very pleasant and bright living room that combines living room, dining room around a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a 3-burner induction hob, a traditional oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and the essential small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, kettle... not to mention of course the dishes and kitchen utensils to make your meals beautiful taste breaks. The dining area has 4 seats around a bistro-style dining area. In the living room, you will find a sofa bed with a comfortable daily bed of 140, as well as a flat screen. The sleeping area consists of a nice private room with a window overlooking nature. The room is equipped with a very comfortable queen-size bed and storage. A bathroom with large shower, single sink. Separate toilet. And for your extended stays, a washing machine is reserved for you in a technical room adjoining your house. Special care is taken to ensure the quality of bedding, cleaning and linen that meet hotel standards for absolute comfort. The house is equipped with WIFI. An external socket is available to connect your electric vehicle (see regulations). Guest access You will have access to all the amenities that make up the house. Your access is private and is through the back entrance door of the house. Some information is necessary for the smooth running... thank you in advance for your understanding: Your welcome and the handover of the keys will take place in the premises of the Conciergerie de Nadège in Milly-la-Forêt between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. or independently after this time. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible and let us know if you are late on the day. All this allows us to welcome you in the best conditions. Before your arrival, we will send you your welcome booklet which is full of useful information about your accommodation and good addresses :) The inventory of the accommodation is in the welcome booklet. You will have 24 hours to report any failure or problem. You can request a cleaning service and a change of bedding and towels during your stay. The cost will be at your expense.
