Step onto the outdoor deck to find a second toilet within the laundry, which also features a washer and dryer. Additionally, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water is perfect for rinsing off after a swim or day at the beach. Second Dwelling A newly built, self-contained luxury retreat featuring: 1 Bedroom: King-size bed 1 Bathroom 2 Seater dining Each bedroom in the main house and in the granny flat are equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning units, each with its own dedicated remote control. This private sanctuary shares access to the backyard and resort-style pool. The House The open-plan design creates a welcoming and functional space. Kitchen: Fully equipped retro kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, and essential cookware (pots, pans, casserole dishes, and an air fryer). A Nespresso coffee machine is available, along with starter supplies like coffee, tea, milk, oil, salt, pepper, and spices. Living Room: Features a comfortable 3-seater sofa, an armchair, and a 50” Smart TV (log in with your own streaming accounts). A collection of board games and books ensures entertainment for all ages.
