Lovely solid summer house on the west coast with 3 patios and wonderful views of the sea and mountains on Hällene (at Pilane) on Tjörn. Walking distance to the sea and very nice swimming. Private plot and peaceful surroundings with mountains and horse pastures. 700 meters to a well-maintained swimming area with jetty, beach, cliffs and trampoline. At the swimming area, there is a nice soccer field with goals and a beach volleyball court. The nearest grocery store is about 10 minutes away by car and about 45 minutes from Gothenburg. The space Large bright living room with dining for 8 people and fireplace. Fresh and well-equipped kitchen adjacent to the dining area. Everything is newly renovated. Sunny plot with large lovely terrace in west-facing position with sea view plus 2 additional patios, one in the east and one in the south. All patios have outdoor furniture and parasols. Kettle grill with grill utensils available. Newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The house has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds with the following distribution: Bedroom #1: Double bed 160 cm (2 single duvets). Bedroom #2: 2 single beds 80 cm. Bedroom #3: Double bed 140 cm (2 single duvets). Pillows and duvets for each bed are provided. Bed linens and towels are to be brought by the guests. Wi-Fi is available between May 1 and September 15. Between September 15 and April 30, only some of the furniture on the patios will be available. In winter, there is access to bed warmers and electric heating blankets. Guest access The entire house is rented out and is available to the tenants. Space for 3 cars on the property.
