The space We want to assure you that the electricity supply in the area is reliable; however, considering Nigeria's often unstable electricity situation, we've taken proactive measures by installing solar panels that automatically activate when the NEPA power supply goes off. While these solar panels power the fans we have available, we also have a standby generator ready to keep the AC running, ensuring your comfort during your stay with us. Our property is conveniently situated on Jetty Road within Lekki Palm City Estate, along Addo Road, right next to the Catholic Church in Ajah, Lagos. We can't wait to welcome you and make your stay as enjoyable as possible! Guest access This is a stunning 4-bedroom duplex. Out of the four bedrooms, three are available for guests to use, while one bedroom is not for guest use as it is locked for my personal use when I visit Nigeria. The rest of the property, including the spacious living area, modern kitchen, and outdoor space, are all part of the listing and available for everyone to enjoy. You'll find it to be a comfortable and inviting space for your stay.
