This cozy vacation home on the Peloponnese, near Olympia, is just a few minutes' drive from the beach and offers absolute privacy due to its secluded location. Enjoy nature and relax in a quiet environment. From here you can visit numerous sights in the region. Free parking lot is available at the house. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Ideal for a relaxing vacation in nature, away from the hustle and bustle! The space The house offers plenty of space for families, couples or small groups and has two bedrooms: one is equipped with a double bed, the second offers a double bed as well as an additional single bed – ideal for children or friends. A separate living room invites you to relax or sit together, while the dining room offers enough space for shared meals or game evenings. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking – including a stove, fridge, dishes and cooking utensils. The bathroom is functionally furnished with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine – ideal for longer stays. Hot water runs through a solar boiler. If the water remains cold (e.g. in cloudy weather), please switch on the two fuses in the hallway. After about 30 minutes, the water is warm. Switch off the fuses again before showering. Especially nice: The house has two balconies where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning or feel the tranquility of the village in the evening. Wi-Fi is available and you can park your car directly on the property. Whether you want to relax, explore the surroundings or simply enjoy the tranquility – this house is the perfect starting point for your time in Kato Samiko. Other things to note For safety reasons, entering the roof is strictly prohibited as there is a risk of falling. Please be sure to follow these guidelines for your own safety. Unfortunately, the dishwasher is currently not working, so we kindly ask you to wash the dishes by hand. All necessary utensils are at your disposal. The fireplace must not be used either, as it is out of order for safety reasons. Please do not throw toilet paper in the toilet as the sewage system in the village is sensitive.
