The space Immersed in the green hill of Capo Blu, the house offers a convenient and comfortable base for visiting the beauties of the coast of South Sardinia and for spending a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature. Access to the house is through a small courtyard with a pergola that offers excellent shelter from the hot summer sun. In the courtyard, there is a fully equipped barbecue and a shower where you can cool off after returning from the sea. Large air-conditioned living area with newly renovated kitchenette, dining table and sofa that flank the access to the internal veranda, with splendid views towards the condominium pool and towards the sea. The sleeping area includes the two air-conditioned bedrooms and bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and a single bed (which can be joined if necessary) while the double bedroom offers direct access to the veranda with a view and enjoys ample space, with the possibility of inserting a crib for children. There is also a convenient bathroom with a sink, washing machine, and toilet. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the house and common areas of the condominium. To use the condominium pool, you must have a special swimming cap (swimming cap is mandatory). SWIMMING POOL OPENING: typically from July 15 to September 15 (varies from year to year). Other things to note Upon your arrival, you will be asked for your IDs in order to register you regularly in the Accommodation Portal.
