Cozy cabin retreat in Cochin

Charming retreat: Spacious, well-equipped cabin with room for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. Accommodations: Loft (king bed+2 single beds); bedroom/den (queen bed); living room (double pull-out couch + 2nd couch); front room (couch); quaint bunkhouse (queen bed). Outdoor: large deck, fire pit, parking. Walking distance to: beautiful beach (swimming/sunbathing); ice cream shop; full service Big Way Store (groceries, bakery, fried chicken, hardware, alcohol, water, gas, etc.), and church. The space *The open loft is spacious with a king-size bed and 2 single beds. *The main floor bedroom/den is adjacent to the bathroom and the living room. It has curtains for privacy. *The adjacent living room has a double pull-out couch + a second couch. There is also a couch in the main living room. *There is a queen bed in the quaint and cozy bunk house next to the cabin. *The 3 piece bathroom (with shower) is on the main floor. *The kitchen is well equipped with plates, utensils, coffee pot, pots and pans, an electric frying plan, a cookie sheet, etc., and some spices. Other things to note *Wifi password: is on the fridge. *Water: Please be mindful of water usage as it is limited to a 500 gallon tank of water (and you are on a septic tank). Thank you! *Fire: there is firewood by the fire pit if you’d like to enjoy a fire. *BBQ: there’s propane in the BBQ (please turn off propane tank after each usage). *Awnings: You’re welcome to roll out the awnings. They sure help to keep the cabin cool. We just ask that you roll them in if it’s windy or if it starts to rain. *Air conditioner: please feel free to turn on the window air conditioner in the back living room. It helps to cool the cabin especially when you use the fans. *Beach: is about a 5 minute walk down the road to the west. *Bigway store: has groceries, a bakery, alcohol, gas and hardware. There is also an ice cream shop/restaurant in town. Feel free to snoop in the cabinets and make yourself at home. We hope you enjoy your stay! 😊🙏
