To the right, the fridge with freezer is flanked by a full and spacious kitchen, equipped with an oven, stove, and all the necessary tools to cook comfortably. The apartment is 80 meters from the south pedestrian/cyclist entrance of the hospital, while the north entrance is 700 meters away. The heart of the studio is occupied by a very comfortable double bed, with two elegant nightstands on the sides. Next door, an armchair that easily transforms into a single bed, with a real mattress, ensuring a comfortable sleep. In the center of the room, a round dining table with three chairs, coordinated with the colors of the place, creates a perfect area for meals. The bathroom is practical and functional, equipped with shower, bidet, toilet and sink, offering everything you need for maximum comfort. The apartment, located on the ground floor, is easily accessible and includes a free private underground garage (for small or medium-sized cars), adding additional comfort for those who have a car.
