Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Its perfect with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms . It can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. Two Master Suites, and two additional bedrooms with a queen bed and a 4th room called the pirate room with two bunkbeds. The large living room and patio are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Lake Havasu living style. This home is located across the street from the clubhouse with easy access to pool and additional amenities. The space Play All Day on the Lake or Casino then Relax at our Peaceful & Fun Lake House within the gated community of Vista del Lagos. Large 4 bedroom 3 bath home. Large Living Room and Spacious Kitchen. Large front patio with BBQ for kicking back and relaxing. We are across the street from the Club House so it is a hop, skip and jump to the jacuzzi, pool and other clubhouse amenities. We have a local grocery store gas station, and two marinas. The Casino is walking distance with restaurant, bar and entertainment. You will also have access to the ferry at the new marina to go across the lake for additional activies and restaurants. The fee is very reasonable. All parking is to be in the driveway or on the empty property to the side of us. The HOA does not allow on-street parking. There are also guest spaces available throughout the community. The reason we require 7 days notice is due to the registration process and access codes to the community and clubhouse. We require a 4 night minimum. We are open to longer rentals. Especially those Snowbirds escaping their frigid winter months. The best months for extended stays are Dec, Jan, Feb and Mar. Please contact us for special arrangements for extended stays. Our property is a very nice place and is conveniently located. Thank you for looking at our listing and considering it for your next vaction rental. Guest access You have access to the entire house. There are two parking spaces in front of the garages on the north side of the property. There is also additional parking in Guest spaces in front of the Clubhouse and on the north side of the Clubhouse. HOA Access Requirements: To provide gate and clubhouse access, our HOA requires the names of all guests and vehicle details before arrival and the agreement to follow the Rental Rules, Community Guidelines, CCR's and Bylaws. We'll request this info one week before your arrival and submit to the HOA management company to get your access code. Access to the clubhouse, pool and jacuzzi is via a FOB and will be given upon reservation confirmation and approval. Registration Details cestrp-2024-00650
