The space The Accommodation • Size: The house is approximately 200 sqm. Five bedrooms in the main house: • Two bedrooms with 180 cm double beds • Two bedrooms with 140 cm beds • One bedroom with a high-quality 160 cm sofa bed • Guest cabin: Located on the property, equipped with a 180 cm double bed and fully usable even during winter. • Attefall house: Features a sofa bed. Note: The house has large windows without blackout curtains. It is possible to sleep there, but it is not an optimal sleeping environment. We allow guests to bring extra mattresses, but we do need the exact number of guests provided at the time of booking. • Living Room: A spacious living area with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer beautiful views of the surrounding nature. • Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with high ceilings. • Bathrooms: Two fresh bathrooms with shower/bathtub. Amenities • Sauna & Jacuzzi: After a day of exploring, unwind in the sauna or enjoy a relaxing moment in the jacuzzi. In summer, an outdoor shower is also available. • Outdoor Kitchen: For those who enjoy cooking outside, the large deck features an outdoor kitchen with running water and a grill. • Large Garden: The generous 1,880 sqm yard provides plenty of space for outdoor activities and play. The property includes football goals, a trampoline, Jungle Gym/sandbox, slide & swings in the summer, and an ice hockey rink in the winter. • Close to Nature: The house is located right next to the forest—perfect for walking, running, or cycling. Location • Central Alnö: Situated in a quiet yet central part of Alnö, close to local conveniences. • Near Sundsvall: Only a short drive to Sundsvall city centre with shopping, restaurants, and cultural activities. • Beaches & Outdoor Life: Alnö is known for its beautiful beaches and rich outdoor recreation, all within easy reach. A smaller beach is within walking distance. Additional Information Bed linen and towels are available to rent (100 SEK/person). The house includes WiFi, Apple TV with streaming services, and a Chromecast in the master bedroom. Guests also have access to basic spices, dish soap + brush, cleaning supplies, and firewood for convenience. We look forward to welcoming you to our home!
