Benefiting from several stylish local bars, fine restaurants, a local gym within walking distance, & beaches being only a 25 min drive in either direction, you can easily enjoy both country & coast. The space Nestled in the heart of the (Xaló) Jalon Valley (Vall De Pop) in the lush green landscape of Costa Blanca North is our newly reformed 4-bed detached villa 'La Casa De Arriba' (The House Above), which sits proudly on its spacious private 2000m2 double plot in the tranquil village of Alcalali, Alicante. Centrally located for visiting the local charming villages of Lliber, Jalon, Parcent, Orba and Pedreguer. Our 300m2 villa with eye-catching traditional stone pillars and rustic chunky wood beams is surrounded by various flowering shrubs, palms, fruit, pine, and olive trees, and the most stunning 180-degree panoramic 'Col De Rates' mountain views. * Beaches are only a 25-30-minute drive in either direction. * 25-35-minute drive to the coastal towns of Denia, Moraira, Calpe, Javea and Altea. * A car is necessary to sightsee, and everything is within easy access. * Short 5-10-minute drive to local towns: Jalon, Lliber, Parcent, and Orba. * Two Supermarkets and several restaurants, cafes, butchers, and bakeries in Jalon are a short 5-minute drive. * Several bars & restaurants in Alcalali are within walking distance. (Ses Feix, Cha Cha, Pepes, La Solana). *A petrol station, newsagent, cafe and cash point are all a 10- minute walk for daily essentials, wood, coal, etc. *No youth groups allowed. (No access to the garage). INSIDE GROUND FLOOR The fully furnished ground-floor living spaces feature the following: * 3 double bedrooms (2 with ensuites & double beds), 2 single beds & 1 sink unit in the 3rd. * All 3 bedrooms have modern built-in double wardrobes, a chest of drawers, side table and reading lamps. * Cooling Fans, window shutters/blinds, and mosquito nets in all bedrooms. INSIDE TOP FLOOR The fully furnished first-floor living spaces feature the following: * Wooden shutters & mosquito nets on windows. (Metal roller blinds in the round lounge.) * 4th master bedroom with luxury upholstered king-size bed, large double wardrobe, freestanding & wall mirror, 2 side tables with lamps, and aircon (please use responsibly) * Large stylish ensuite: 1400cm walk-in shower, solid teak unit and a large round stone sink. * Private balcony terrace with integrated curved bench seating, bistro table and chairs. * Separate modern WC off landing (3rd bed can use). * Expansive 34m2 open-plan living room with two 3-seater sofas, tree root coffee table, 2 floor lamps, drinks bar, aircon unit, & smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney+. * Chillout room in roundel with wood-burning stove, book table, cowhide rug, two 2-seater sofas, & aircon unit. * Dining room: Antique drop leaf table & 6 art deco chairs + 2 rattan chairs from Naya seating 8 people, antique dresser for drinks, glassware & crockery. * Modern kitted-out kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, juicer, toaster, kettle, gas hob with extractor & electric oven. * Naya (sun room) off the lounge with sliding double-glazed doors to keep you warm or cool with amazing far-reaching mountain views. ** Fire Exit Door to the downstairs ** The villa is equipped with electric heaters in all rooms for only the winter months (November-April). During the summer months (May - October), there are two hard-wired aircon units installed in the living rooms and one in the master bedroom. Note: The three downstairs bedrooms are much cooler than the master bedroom and have cooling fans should you need. NOTE: Excessive Aircon use will be charged for, please turn them off when not in use. ** We monitor the electrical usage ** Guest access As our guests, you have full access to the villa, apart from the garage, pump room and one double wardrobe in the master bedroom, where we store our personal belongings. Cool off in style ... Take a dip in our new 10x5 meter shimmering swimming pool, freshly tiled with turquoise mosaics. Pool Hygiene & Safety ... The pool is cleaned once a week by Claudiu during your stay to keep it in optimum condition (this only takes 30 minutes per clean normally on a Wednesday or Thursday). Simon may visit once during your stay, he visits every two weeks during the summer months to maintain chemical levels (he mainly uses the pump room, so he will be out of sight). * The pool has a deep end, so please keep an eye on children, approximately 2m depth. Life ring provided. Children MUST be supervised at all times. ** NO RUNNING on the surrounding coronation ** * Please use the pool terrace shower to rinse off suncream, oil, or sandy feet before entering the pool. * Please wait for sun cream to be absorbed before showering and swimming, this helps to keep the pool looking perfect. We aim to make your stay as relaxing and pleasurable as possible.
