"Magic hour nasu" — private villa in Nasu, Tochigi, 700m above sea level. Sleeps up to 15, ideal for families and groups. High ceilings and large windows frame Nasu's four-season scenery. Spacious wooden deck with starry skies, BBQ setup, and fresh local produce from nearby stores. Easy access to Nikko and Kinugawa hot springs. Enjoy cherry blossoms, summer activities, autumn foliage, and winter sports. Whole-house rental perfect for group and family stays. The space -It is located about 30 minutes by car from Nasu-Shiobara Station. We recommend that you bring your own car or a rental car. (There is a parking lot on the premises.) -There are 4 bedrooms. The main bedrooms are the Western-style rooms on the 2nd floor (Room C with 4 single beds, Room B with 2 single beds, and Room A with 5 futons). Four futons can also be arranged in the Japanese-style room on the 1st floor. We will set it up according to the number of people booking, but please contact us by message if you have any requests. -We also have baby chairs. You can stay with small children. -There are multiple bedrooms and a large parking space, so it is recommended for several families to stay together. -You can have a BBQ on the premises. *Please bring your own food, charcoal, fire starters, seasonings, oil, etc. Tongs for picking up charcoal, tongs for food, BBQ net, aluminum plate, and lighter are always available. (There are no paper plates or cups.) Please be careful when using fire. -We have all the necessary amenities for daily life, such as a microwave, refrigerator, pots, dishes, kettle, hair dryer, and washing machine, so you can feel at home. *We do not provide toiletries (toothbrushes, combs, etc.), detergent, or fabric softener. -We will send you a house guide after your reservation is confirmed. It includes a map and directions for electrical appliances, so it is safe for first-time visitors. [BBQ Precautions] *If you wish to use it, please be sure to contact us the day before. -It is strictly prohibited to use a BBQ stand on the wooden deck. Please be sure to cook at the area where the BBQ stand is located next to the wooden deck. (You can eat on the wooden deck.) -Please refrain from using the dishes in the kitchen during BBQ as there is a risk of damage or injury. -After BBQ, please separate your garbage and clean up the area around the BBQ space. ★Burnable garbage (paper, plastic, PET bottles, etc.) ★Non-burnable garbage (bottles, cans, ceramics, etc.) -Please leave used charcoal on the BBQ stand. -Please close the windows to prevent odors from entering the room. -BBQs using firewood are prohibited within the area as they may cause fires. -Please note that an additional fee will be charged if dirt or garbage is not separated. Guest access -The room can be rented exclusively for use. -Although it is located away from the surrounding area, please be quiet at night. Other things to note -Check-in time is from 3pm. Please be strict with the check-out time as it will affect your next reservation. If you are late, we will charge 2,000 yen per hour. -Please only use the beds and futons in the room for the number of people. Towels will only be provided for the number of people at the time of reservation. -It is prohibited to let anyone other than the person who made the reservation stay at the room. -Smoking is prohibited inside the room. -Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering the room. -Please cooperate in separating garbage. If garbage is not separated, an additional fee may be charged. ★ Burnable garbage (paper, plastic, PET bottles, etc.) ★ Non-burnable garbage (bottles, cans, ceramics, etc.) -If you have bulky garbage, please be sure to contact us in advance. (A special sticker must be attached) -Do not take anything from the room out of the facility. -When using the stove, please be careful not to get burned. Please note that we are not responsible for any injuries. -Open fires are strictly prohibited in this area. -Within the villa area, there are many pedestrians, cyclists, and people walking their dogs, and some locations such as curves have limited visibility. To prevent serious accidents, the maximum (recommended) speed on the roads is limited to 30 km/h. We kindly ask all drivers to drive safely and cooperate by observing the speed limit. We have also noticed that some construction workers have been exceeding the speed limit. To maintain a safe environment, we will issue further reminders and ask everyone to adhere to the 30 km/h speed limit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a quiet and safe environment. -For long-term reservations (one month or more), we do not require a deposit, so you will need to sign a "Fixed-term Building Lease Contract" and a "Facilities Confirmation Sheet" (repair responsibility). * The Hotel Business Act requires us to collect information about our guests.
