Hot tub cover damaged, unlocked, left open, and/or missing. Excessive mess in hot tub, power turned off, and/or jets left completely closed. Food, pets, oils in hot tub. -Excessive trash or trash not collected & bagged -Food and/or dirty dishes left -Excessive pet hair, any glitter or confetti used ✳️ Mosquitos, ticks, and chiggers are common in Kentucky. Bug repellent is recommended when outdoors. Please be aware of outdoor wildlife as this home is near a farm + fields.
