The space The main house features three spacious bedrooms: the master bedroom boasts a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony with serene views of lush greenery. The second bedroom is perfect for children or infants, equipped with a cot, rocking chair, and the option to add an extra mattress. The third bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is modern and spacious, seamlessly connecting to a six-seater dining area and a split-level lounge complete with a fireplace and smart TV. This inviting space extends to a generous balcony, furnished with a large table accommodating 8-10 people, overlooking a national park and verdant trees. The separate studio downstairs features a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a shower, a designated space for luggage, and a cozy sleeping arrangement including a foldout sofa bed for 2 kids. Enjoy entertainment on the 75-inch smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+, or prepare meals in the fully functional kitchenette equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. With its own private entrance on a split level of the main house, you'll have complete privacy while still enjoying easy access to nearby attractions. The entrance to the National Park is just meters away, offering excellent bushwalking and mountain biking opportunities. For those seeking aquatic adventures, the Port Hacking River is nearby, perfect for summer swims and kayaking. All water in the entire home is filtered and perfect for bathing and drinking, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay. For dining options, the award-winning Jack Gray's Cafe is just a 15-minute walk away or a quick 3-minute drive, offering delicious brunch, lunch and coffees. They are also open on Friday and Saturday evenings offering an array of delicious culinary experiences.
