This cozy 2BHK villa includes: BEDROOMS: - 2 AC bedrooms (first floor) with king-size beds, wardrobes, and private balconies overlooking the mango garden and pool BATHROOMS: - 2 bathrooms (one on each floor) with geysers and basic amenities LIVING ROOM: - Sofa cum bed, chaise lounger, 32-inch smart TV, board games, and coffee table KITCHEN and DINING: - Fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge, microwave, cookware, cutlery) - 4-seater dining table and bar counter with high stools FOOD: - Self-cooking allowed; guests must carry groceries - Food can be ordered from a nearby clubhouse (6-hour advance order; pickup only) - BBQ and bonfire available at ₹2,000 each for 2 hours - Guests must bring raw materials and handle the BBQ themselves AMENITIES: - Wi-Fi and power backup for lights and fans OUTDOOR: - Spacious verandah, hammock, and garden sit-out behind the pool Guest access The guest has access to the entire villa, including the swimming pool, garden, clubhouse, and children’s play area within the gated community. Other things to note - Power Fluctuations: Occasional power issues may occur; guests are advised to avoid using heavy-load appliances such as the AC or fridge during these times, there is an Inverter for the power backup - Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed in common areas-one in the sit-out and another overlooking the garden (no cameras are placed in any private spaces)
