There are a variety of lakes within walking distance, river Gauja and beautiful beach of Baltic Sea. The house is located in a quiet place, on a large fenced territory (2400m2) with lots of trees, recreation area, barbecue and garden furniture. A picturesque pine forest is right in front of the house Due to the large number of windows the apartment is very sunny and bright. The space It consists of a kitchen-living room, a bedroom with wardrobe and double bed and a spacious bathroom. Extra beds on request. The house has just been renovated, everything is brand new. Guest access Guests can use everything in the studio, and there is also a marquee with barbecue facilities and garden furniture. Please note that the apartment is ideal for two people, but we can provide an extra mattress if required. Other things to note Please note that this is a quiet holiday apartment.
