Castle Residence - Comfort & Privacy

Staying in my place is an experience. For each guest, I enjoy customizing the rooms or leaving small thoughtful touches around the house. The apartment is located in Castel Maggiore, close to a noble palace. The location places it at: - 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot to the center of Castel Maggiore; - 5 minutes by car from the Centergross; - 10 minutes by car from the Bologna Fair and Interporto; - 20 minutes by car from Bologna station and airport. ❗️FREE PARKING The space In 57 square meters, you will have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I wanted to pay particular attention to the style of the sleeping area, which is characterized by a wall decorated with wallpaper that simulates a faded fresco and a large antique mirror, one of a kind and with a mischievous story to tell (and if you ask, I will tell you😉). The story of the mirror aroused so much imagination in me that I wanted to try to recreate the environment where it was before. The rest of the apartment is made with sober finishes and furnishings and warm colors. The accommodation has a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, table, chairs and a sofa, and the warm and cozy bathroom is equipped with a large shower for moments of true relaxation. Finally, there is a comfortable and spacious walk-in closet. The street is quiet and away from traffic, and the bus stops for Bologna and the various destinations are 10/15 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car, so it is recommended only for guests who travel by their own means or who are used to walking a little. To take bus 97 or 98 that goes to Bologna and then to all the important destinations, you have to walk for about 10/15 minutes on foot or in 2 minutes by car you can park for free near the bus stops. ❗️FREE PARKING ALL THE WAY. Guest access The apartment is not shared with anyone else and is on the ground floor. I do not have a private parking lot, but the street, away from traffic and reserved, has numerous free parking lots. Other things to note The stay does not include breakfast, but there is a coffee machine and pods that I will provide (because you can't leave in the morning without coffee😃). 😊 I am always available for any request. ❤️ Sanitized, clean and fragrant bedding and bath linens are included. ❗️FREE PARKING ALL THE WAY. ❗️ To take bus 97 or 98 to Bologna center and reach the important destinations, you need to walk for about 10/15 minutes or 2 minutes by car, where you can find numerous free parking spaces in the center of Castel Maggiore near the bus stop.
