Just a 20-minute drive from the center of Bologna, this apartment is the perfect choice for those who want to enjoy a stay in the tranquility of a historic village and close to a stately building, without sacrificing proximity to the city. The apartment is located in Castel Maggiore. - 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot to the center of Castel Maggiore; - 5-minute drive to Centergross; - 10 minutes by car from the Fiera and Interporto; - 20-minute drive from the station and the airport. The space In 57 square meters (615 square feet), you will have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I wanted to pay particular attention to the style of the sleeping area, which is characterized by a wall decorated with a wallpaper that simulates a faded fresco and a large antique mirror, unique in its kind and with a mischievous story to tell (and if you ask, I will tell you😉). The story of the mirror sparked my imagination so much that I wanted to try to recreate the setting where it had previously been. The rest of the apartment features simple, warm-toned finishes and furnishings. The accommodation has a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, table, chairs and a sofa, which turns into a comfortable full-sized bed. In addition, the warm and cozy bathroom is equipped with a large shower for moments of true relaxation. Finally, there is a comfortable and spacious wardrobe. The street is quiet and away from traffic, and the bus stops for Bologna and various destinations are a 10-15 minute walk and a 2-minute drive, so it is only recommended for guests who have their own transportation or who are used to walking a bit. To take bus 97 or 98 that goes to Bologna and then to all the major destinations, you have to walk for about 10-15 minutes or, in 2 minutes by car, you can park for free near the bus stops. ❗️FREE PARKING ALONG THE ENTIRE STREET. Guest access The apartment is not shared with anyone else and is on the ground floor. I do not have a private parking lot, but the street, away from traffic and reserved, has numerous free parking lots.
