The space This first-floor one-bedroom apartment with a balcony, accessible by elevator, has been completely renovated in a modern, seaside-inspired style. Conveniently located yet quiet, it's convenient to all amenities (restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, tobacconist, bakeries, a playground, and the Friday market). Living area: ultra-comfortable double sofa bed with a 21cm-thick memory foam mattress, ready for use in a single movement (the bed opens with a simple pull of a lever, and the pillows can be stowed in the backrest when not in use). 55" Hisense Ultra HD Smart TV for enjoying a good movie or your favorite series. The condominium grounds include two infinity pools (adult and children), available only in the summer during lifeguard hours, and a lush garden for strolling or relaxing on the benches. Other things to note ---------------------- The tourist tax due to the Municipality of Loano, pursuant to Liguria Region Law No. 32 of November 12, 2014, is calculated per person and per number of nights. For tourist accommodations, the tourist tax of €1.50 per night applies to all guests from April 1 to October 31. The tax is due only for the first five consecutive days of stay (if there are more than five consecutive nights, the tourist tax is not due from the sixth onward; if the consecutive nights are interrupted, the tax count restarts for subsequent nights). The following are exempt from paying the tourist tax: a. those registered in the Registry of Residents of the Municipality of Loano; b. minors who have not yet turned twelve on the day of their stay. ----------DOCUMENTS---------- During online check-in, documents will be required for all guests, as required by Article 109 of the TULPS (Consolidated Law on Public Works). The following documents will be accepted: *Residents of Italy: identity card or driving license; *Residents of Europe: identity card; *Residents abroad: passport. ----------HOUSE RULES---------- • All guests must abide by the House Rules, the Condominium Regulations, and the Host's instructions. • Guests must minimize noise to avoid disturbing neighbors. Any complaints with or from neighbors must be reported as soon as possible. • Excessive noise is prohibited at any time and may result in termination of the rental agreement. • Visitors are prohibited from entering the common areas of the condominium or the apartment without prior authorization from the host. Overnight stays by visitors must be approved in advance by the host and may be subject to additional charges. • Parties, gatherings, and meetings of any kind within the property or the condominium grounds are prohibited. Smoking is not permitted inside the building. • Recycling is mandatory, using the designated containers located under the kitchen sink. It is prohibited to leave loose trash or garbage bags in the apartment upon checkout. Waste can be disposed of in the designated bins located within the condominium complex near the Via Pascoli entrances. • Guests must ensure that all windows and doors are closed to prevent damage from the elements or unauthorized access. • Guests are asked to turn off lights and appliances when not in use. Our planet will thank you. • Pets are prohibited unless expressly authorized by the host.
