Idyllic country setting, ideal for couples looking to get away! Located close to Rotorua Airport; 15 minutes to Rotorua city centre, and close to various tourist attractions such as Okere Falls and Hells gate. The space Please be aware the sofa bed is just that, it's smaller than a queen bed, good for one, cosy for two. Sometimes bugs like to come in, trout flies in particular, if you leave a light on and window open this will attract them!! We are next to a State Highway and unfortunately road noise at times is inevitable. We’re lobbying to lower the speed limit (currently 80 km/h)!
