In a beautiful farm setting, with onsite animals and beautiful grounds (9 acres) to walk on, this is a great house in an ideal setting, only 10 minutes to Daylesford, 17 to soho farmhouse, 21 to Estelle manor and 2 to diddly squat. The house is set up to accommodate for an entire family with children, couples, or groups of friends. There is a toy/games corner in the living room which will be set up according to the guests. The space The property is a beautiful annexe, newly built on the farm which also has a main house near to the annexe. There is a 10 acre field perfect for walking whether alone or with dogs. There are chickens and goats on the property which guests are welcome to go and say hello to. There are two king size bedrooms on the ground floor with a very large and open living and dining space and a huge tv, a well equipped galley kitchen and both bedrooms are ensuite. There is a third bedroom with two singles which is ideal for friends or children to stay in, with its own separate kitchenette upstairs and ensuite bathroom too. There’s also a mini laundry room at the property which has a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. Guest access Guests should park in front of the stables / garaging. Guests are welcome to walk through the gate up into the field and walk on the land. Guests are not permitted into the main house garden.
